The Quran's Miraculous Prophecy about the Hajj

One of the main pillars of Islam is the pilgrimage that is made to the city of Mecca, to visit the holy site of the Kaaba. This is called the Hajj, and every year we see this phenomena, people coming from across the world in the millions to perform the pilgrimage, indeed it is a sight to behold.

What makes this event even more special is that the Quran had already foretold of this, as we read:

Behold! We gave the site, to Abraham, of the (Sacred) House, (saying): "Associate not anything (in worship) with Me; and sanctify My House for those who compass it round, or stand up, or bow, or prostrate themselves (therein in prayer). "And proclaim the Pilgrimage among men: they will come to thee on foot and (mounted) on every kind of camel, lean on account of journeys through deep and distant mountain highways;  (22:26-27)

So God mentions how he told Abraham to proclaim the pilgrimage amongst the people, God then goes on to state that people will come from distant places, and through several different means of transportation. This statement is 100% accurate! We continually see people from all over the world, from very far distance places making the pilgrimage. We also see people making their way for the pilgrimage on several different modes of transport; some people go by plane, and some by bus etc. Hence the Quran’s statement is 100% accurate!

This is a great miracle because we can all witness this for ourselves, every time we see the millions of people making the pilgrimage, coming from around the world, this simply testifies to the Quran’s correct statement from centuries ago.

And Allah Knows Best!
